Terms & Conditions
1. General Definitions
(a) In these Terms & Conditions of Sale ("TCOS"), unless the context requires otherwise:

Buyer means the person or entity purchasing goods from Lontek.

Lontek means Lontek, ABN 74 219 393 102.

TCOS means these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
(b) By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to these TCOS. If there is any conflict between these TCOS and terms contained in the Buyer’s documents (such as inquiries, specifications, or purchase orders), these TCOS will prevail unless Lontek expressly agrees otherwise in writing or as required by law.
(c) If there is any inconsistency between a specific written offer from Lontek and these TCOS, the terms of that offer will apply.
2. Price
All prices listed on this website are in Australian dollars and subject to Australian GST.
3. Currency
All quotations and transactions are conducted in AUD (Australian Dollars).
4. Validity
Quotations issued in writing by Lontek remain valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified.
5. Acceptance
(a) A quotation provided by Lontek does not constitute an offer to sell. Lontek reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its discretion.
(b) The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the goods ordered are fit for purpose, subject to Lontek’s Returns Policy.
6. Cancellation or Variation
Lontek may cancel the contract at any time prior to receiving payment if the Buyer:

(a) applies to wind up its business;

(b) files for bankruptcy;

(c) ceases business or becomes insolvent; or
-
(d) appoints or has a receiver, manager, or liquidator appointed.
In such cases, Lontek will not be liable for compensation or damages.
7. Title of Goods
Ownership of goods remains with Lontek until payment has been received in full.
8. Warranty
All products are covered under the manufacturer’s original warranty only. Return freight costs related to warranty claims are the responsibility of the Buyer.
9. Terms of Payment
We accept:

Bank deposit

Visa, MasterCard, and American Express (surcharges may apply)
All orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch. For overseas transactions, only prepaid bank deposit is accepted.
10. Delivery

Most items are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment being received.

Some items may not be held in stock. Lead times for such items may extend to 2–3 weeks, depending on manufacturer availability.
