Shipping & Returns
1. Shipping
1.1 Free Shipping – Orders over AUD $250 qualify for free shipping.
1.2 Flat Rate – Orders under AUD $250 incur a flat rate fee of AUD $20.
1.3 Dispatch Times – Most items are dispatched within 1–3 business days of receipt of payment. Some items may not be held in stock; in such cases, lead times may extend up to 2–3 weeks, depending on manufacturer availability.
1.4 Courier Services – All orders are shipped exclusively via Lontek’s nominated couriers. Deliveries are usually made via FEDEX or Australia Post Express Post. Estimated delivery times are 1–3 business days, depending on location and seasonal freight volumes. Remote or regional areas may take longer.
1.5 Lithium-ion Batteries – Lithium-ion batteries sold separately are shipped via road freight only.
2. Payment
2.1 Lontek accepts the following payment methods:

Visa, MasterCard, and American Express (surcharges may apply)
2.2 All orders must be fully paid prior to dispatch.
2.3 For overseas transactions, only prepaid bank deposit is accepted.
3. Warranty
3.1 All products are covered under the manufacturer’s original warranty only.
3.2 All return freight charges in relation to warranty claims are the responsibility of the Buyer.
4. Returns Policy
4.1 The Buyer must contact Lontek and provide a valid reason for return before shipping any goods back.
4.2 All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods.
4.3 Non-returnable items – Custom-made, non-standard, or specifically imported products cannot be returned.
4.4 Calibration costs – Any third-party calibration certificate costs provided through Lontek are non-refundable.
4.5 Restocking fee – A restocking fee of 20% applies to all returned items, unless a written “sale or return” agreement has been provided by Lontek.
4.6 Returned goods must be in as-new condition, complete with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
4.7 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.
5. Agreement
By placing an order with Lontek, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions of shipping and returns.
