Introduction
The MT100 paperless chart recorder from Graphtec is a panel mount unit that is compact in design yet still full of features.

Simple to Setup
Display setup. With a 14.5 cm (5.7") display and keypad, the MT100 is simple to configure without the need for a computer, data can then transferred to a PC via a USB memory device.
Software setup. The freely supplied software can used to quickly and easily set up the MT100, it also supports real-time data capture, data replay, Direct to Excel and more.

Isolated Analogue Input Channels
Ten isolated channels can measure voltages up to 50 volts. In addition, the MT100 supports thermocouples, PT100 & PT1000 RTDs, 4-20mA current loops. Humidity can also be measured with the optional B-530 humidity sensor or Wet-and dry-bulb temperature conversion can be calculated by the MT100.

Digital I/O
With four digital I/O logic and Pulse channels, the MT100 can record on/off events or count pulses from a range of instruments.

Sampling Speed
The MT100 can sample up to 100ms or 10Hz on all channels. Data can be recorded directly to internal memory or to an external USB device. One great feature of the MT100 is that the USB device can be swapped over while data is being recorded to it.

Real-time monitoring
The user friendly Graphtec MT100-APS software provides real-time monitoring of data via either the standard LAN or USB ports. Data can also be viewed with any web browser with the MT100's built-in web sever.

Remote data transfer
Remote data transfer across a Local Area Network(LAN) or Wide Area Network (WAN) is a great way to access your data remotely. The MT100 can be connected to various ADSL, Cable or 3G (NextG) modems with a TCP/IP network ports allowing the the MT100 to be viewed anywhere around the world over the internet. A Virtual Private Network(VPN) also can be set up for data security if required.

Manual data transfer
Data can be recorded to the internal memory of the MT100 or directly to an external USB memory device. The data file format can be recorded in Comma Separated Variable(CSV) so it can be opened directly with Excel or in a Graphtec Binary Data(GBD) format to protect your data. The GDB format can then easily be converted to Excel with the Graphtec MT100-APS software.

Ready for Harsh Environments
With an IP65 rating and Vibration Testing Methods for Automobile Parts Standard, Type 1 Class A, the MT100 is ready for the tuff industrial application.
